How quickly can a team be live?

Three weeks from signed agreement to supervised go-live for most engagements — week one for discovery and playbooks, week two for team assembly, week three for training and launch. Complex, regulated work may take longer; we'll tell you exactly how long before you commit.

What size engagements do you take?

From a single executive assistant to a forty-seat support operation. Most clients start with one to three specialists and expand once the quality bar is proven.

Do we get to approve the people on our team?

Always. You meet the proposed team lead and every specialist before go-live. Nothing proceeds without your sign-off, and you can request changes at any point.

Dedicated. Your specialists work only on your account, inside your tools, under your brand. We do not pool agents across clients.

How is quality actually enforced?

Every engagement carries a scored quality rubric, weekly calibrated reviews, and a named operations director accountable for the numbers. You see the metrics before we do — reporting goes to you first.

How do you handle sensitive data?

Least-privilege access inside your systems, enterprise-grade device management, signed confidentiality agreements, and industry-specific compliance training — HIPAA, TCPA, and financial-conduct where relevant.

How does pricing work?

A flat monthly rate per specialist, inclusive of management, quality assurance, tooling and coverage. No setup fees, no surprises. The consultation produces a written quote you can hold us to.

What if it isn't working?

Month-to-month terms after the first ninety days. If we're not earning the engagement, you shouldn't be paying for it — and we'd rather part well than retain badly.
